Private Residence –
655 Park Ave NY, NY

DBG acted as Construction Manager and builder on this 3,500 high end Park Avenue Residence.
The Siematic kitchen cabinets were topped with stainless steel countertops, Tre Piu glass was used throughout, the floor was mahogany herringbone, imported limestone was used in the bathrooms and on the kitchen floor and an elaborate lighting and audio/visual system was installed. All existing and new walls are three-coat plaster and the entire residence was skim coated before Schleuder paint was applied.
This work was performed between Memorial Day and Labor Day of 2002.
