Alexander Communications – 28 West 25th Street NY, NY (Project Value $200,000)
This 5000 s.f. build-out was designed and constructed to be as economical as possible, while maintaining as architecturally pleasing a look as possible.
Our responsibilities included designing and installing the HVAC and electrical systems as well as modifying the existing life safety systems.
The existing wood floors were refinished, exposed ceiling slabs were patched and painted and all conduit and ductwork was run exposed to create an “industrial” look. To further enhance this look, ‘Acrylite’ panels were installed within drywall partitions to create a luminous panel look. All work was completed within five weeks.
