DBG acted as Construction Manager and Builder of this high end Showroom build out, which serves as the New York Headquarters for the Canadian Firm, International Visual Corporation.
This 10,000sf project consists of several Showrooms, Executive offices, Conference Rooms and back of house and support areas.
The entire space is adorned with skim coated exposed concrete slab ceilings with custom light fixtures, stone flooring, highly detailed wood and stainless steel woodwork and trim, custom glass doors and stainless steel hardware and a state of the art Audio/Visual System.
The entire space received a state of the art security system and new power and voice/data infrastructure. All mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing systems throughout were replaced with new.
This Project was designed and built simultaneously and was completed within 10 weeks.
