As each construction project varies and client’s needs vary, we offer several different project delivery options:

GENERAL CONTRACTING

  • As your General Contractor, Diversified Builders Group, Inc. can deliver your construction project as a “lump sum” or “cost plus” contract with or without a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
  • We provide all required site supervision, labor, management, safety and quality control throughout the project.
  • This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has a complete set of bid documents and has time for a customary bidding period.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

  • As your construction Manager, Diversified Builders Group, Inc. will provide pre-construction services to aid in design development and value engineering. We prepare budgets and schedules and identify long lead items.
  • We pre-qualify all subcontractors and vendors based on their quality of work, current work load and their experience with the specific project scope.
  • Our staff will prepare and distribute bid packages, level bids and award contracts to the lowest responsible bidders.
  • We provide site supervision, labor, management, safety and quality control through completion and closeout.
  • This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has limited time and budgetary constraints and needs to have the final design and construction operations run simultaneously.

CONSULTING

  • Diversified Builders Group, Inc. can assist clients in lease review and landlord contributions and work letters.
  • We offer client representation, contractor pre-qualification, Project Management, estimating, design review, value engineering and due diligence.
