This 14,000sf space serves as the New York Headquarters for a UK based e-technology firm.
DBG acted as Construction Manager and builder on this high tech project, which consisted of a new reception area, executive offices, conference rooms, operations areas, finishes throughout as well as modifications to all electrical, mechanical and voice/data systems and a new supplemental air conditioning system for the Firm’s critical systems areas.
The stone flooring and carpet consisted of custom layout and seaming plans to reflect the Firm’s high tech image.
This extremely fast tracked project was completed in less than four weeks.
