Nautica Retail USA –
22 West 19th Street NY, NY (Project Value $550,000)
This project consisted of the build out of 10,000 s.f. headquarters for Nautica’s retail division. Work included new electrical systems, all new voice & data systems and rehab renovation to mechanical and sprinkler systems.
Two new pantries were created as well as three conference rooms and several executive offices. All work was completed within eight weeks.
