Nautica Women’s Sleepwear Showroom–

This high end Showroom project was performed at Nautica’s 57th Street headquarters.
DBG acted as Construction Manager and Builder on this detailed project. Our work consisted of new millwork installation as well as field lacquering of all existing millwork and new finishes throughout. To accommodate the field lacquering and to contain the odors created from it, DBG developed a temporary ventilation system, whereby discharging the overspray fumes out of the building as required by the Department of Environmental Protection.
This work was completed in less than three weeks, in time for Nautica’s Market Week.
