This 18,000 s.f. office serves as the New York Headquarters for this well known Brokerage Firm.
DBG acted as Construction Manager and Builder on this high-end project, which consisted of all new mechanical, electrical, life safety and plumbing systems, including a 24-hour supplemental air conditioning system for the server and critical systems areas. The HVAC consisted of a VAV system that was tied into the BMS.
Several Executive offices, Boardrooms, pantries, mail room, reception, trading areas and support staff areas were all constructed.
This fast tracked project was completed in eight weeks.
