Private Residence –
150 East 69th Street NY, NY (Project Value $350,000)
This Upper East Side project consisted of the complete gut and renovation of 2,500 s.f. of residential space in a premier coop building. The custom gourmet kitchen includes solid cherry cabinets, imported granite counters and commercial appliances. Two new bathrooms were installed with handmade ceramic tile and plated plumbing fittings. Imported Turkish wood floors were installed throughout. The custom lacquered built in cabinets were constructed in Florida and shipped to N.Y.C for installation.
