Spectrum Capital Partners – 59 Maiden Lane NY, NY (Project Value $500,000)
This project consisted of the demolition and new construction of 15,000 s.f. of office space and approximately 200 trading desks.
The existing mechanical and electrical systems were modified to accommodate the new layout while we were able to save approximately 60% of the existing ceiling creating a substantial savings to the owner.
The reception area includes imported marble floors and solid mahogany reception desk and trim.
