This 5,000 sf high-end office project, in a 5th Avenue Landmark Building, serves as headquarters for a leading New York commercial real estate company.
DBG acted as Construction Manager and Builder on this detailed project, which consisted of all new HVAC, electrical, fire alarm and voice/data systems. Several Executive offices, a high end reception area, a new Board Room and all support staff areas were constructed.
This extremely fast tracked project was completed in less than seven weeks.
