He started his career at Physical Therapy Associates working with patients with neurological deficits, vestibular problems, musculoskeletal injuries. He joined Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Associates of Staten Island on September 2002 and expanded his expertise to treating athletes with sport injuries. Manny employs his manual skills in helping all of his patients. He also provides the tools to help patients help themselves by educating them on correct posture, proper biomechanics, and home/gym exercises to promote their own physical well-being.
His positive and caring attitude towards his patients comes from his faith. Manny is an active member of Brooklyn Evangelical Church. He is part of the praise and worship ministry together with his fiancée, Olga Torshina.
