Please note that we are subject to the regulations of these providers.  Insurance carriers consider it a violation of our contract with them if we provide services without proper authorization. In addition, it is considered insurance fraud if we waive deductibles or co-payments.

Please know that our office will work diligently with you to expedite the authorization process.  However, please do not ask us to make exceptions to the above regulations.
