Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Associates of Staten Island is an independently owned private practice physical therapy facility. It was founded in 1983 by Michael and Cheryl Marino (husband and wife; both physical therapists).

Rehabilitation Physical Therapy has grown continually over the years to become one of the most highly regarded physical therapy practices in the area. Patients have been referred to this practice from Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New Jersey.  The continued growth of this practice, despite competition and the difficulties of the managed care environment, has been largely due to the commitment of the owners, Michael and Cheryl Marino, in providing the highest possible level of care to their patients.

Our facility at 4079 Richmond Ave. is equipped with the latest state of the art equipment including computer-based exercise and testing procedures, and individual computer-based home exercise programs.

Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Associates of Staten Island employs a highly qualified staff of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and athletic trainers, all of whom are licensed by the State of New York. They are subject to regular continuing education, in-service and quality assurance procedures. All treatments are performed by licensed professionals. These professionals will often consult with each other regarding their patients in order to provide the highest possible level of care.
